Job Requirements
1. Provide equipment power solutions to equipment manufacturers through proactive marketing models
2. Achieve a monthly sales performance of 1 million through the company's business strategy
3. Independently develop new customer resources with an annual motor procurement exceeding 10 million
4. Activate and continuously follow up on new growth from old customers by promoting application cases, achieving repeat orders or referrals
5. Continuously explore the potential needs of customers, help customers solve equipment upgrade problems, and bring long-term added value to customers
Job Responsibilities
1. Have the dream and pursuit of a strong industrial country, and have a heart for others
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or marketing preferred
3. Recent graduates
4. Excellent academic performance (professional courses above 80 points), scholarship recipients preferred
5. Participation in various social practice activities or participation in school research and development projects
6. Prior experience in business operations during school is preferred
7. Military personnel, party members, class cadres, or student union cadres preferred
8. Non-recent graduates
9. At least 2 years of industrial product sales experience, outstanding performance (sales champions preferred)
10. Independently develop new customers, analyze application cases for customers, and select new products
11. Establish deep relationships with customers, impress customers, or get customers to refer new customers
